Contact Form

When you submit the contact form, I receive your first and last name, email address, phone number, and optional message so I can respond to your inquiry. Basin processes the submission, and Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated submissions.

Basin is configured to retain submissions for up to 3,650 days and save submission metadata, including IP address, location, browser, and device information. If I correct a submission's spam classification, Basin may use the submission to improve its spam filters.

Analytics

Plausible and Cloudflare Web Analytics measure site traffic and performance. These services process request and device information and report aggregate statistics. Their privacy policies explain how they handle that information.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process your IP address in server logs for security and performance.

Cookies

The site uses Plausible and Cloudflare Web Analytics for traffic measurement and Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the contact form. Refer to those services' privacy information for their cookie and device-data practices.

Your Rights

Under GDPR and similar regulations you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, submit a request through the contact form. I respond within 30 days.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS preloading. Content Security Policy, X-Frame-Options, and X-Content-Type-Options headers are configured.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 16. I do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes

Changes to this policy will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
