I run NOVAGRADIENT, a digital agency in Austin, Texas. It became my full-time work in September 2026. We build software, AI systems, and digital experiences for brands that would rather stand for something than look like everyone else.
Before that I spent fourteen years moving between marketing, digital strategy, and talent management. Each one kept feeding the others, and that overlap is still how I work.
In 2027 I'm starting Project Aura, a non-profit for dog rescues.
